Richale Babbs

Richale Babbs is the Secretary of the Merced Black Parallel School Board and a dedicated education activist committed to dismantling the school-to-prison pipeline and ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. A proud mother of five, she is also a travel agent and a student pursuing degrees in social work and psychology. When she’s not advocating for equity in education, Richale enjoys cruising and exploring the world—having recently visited the Mayan ruins, one of the Seven Wonders, she’s now on a mission to see the remaining six.
